Some clarifications…

Friends,

Since announcing the campaign launch March 1, I’ve had a few folks asking to clarify a few things.

  1. I was appointed to fill a term that was vacated in January that was set to expire in May. While I am committed to serving on the Board through May and beyond, that is all dependent on winning the May 6 election, which includes city, school board and community college board seats.

  2. While the only thing that can decide the election - your vote - is dependent on which district you live in, your ability to support my campaign is not bound by geography. You can…

  3. Election Day is May 6, but early voting will start April 24! For information about voting locations, dates and deadlines, visit the County elections page.

We’re only a few days into this effort, but I’m still so thrilled and honored to be running this race. The support, encouragement, donations and kind words from friends, family and colleagues have been incredible. Thank you and let’s get to work!
