After my mom passed away in 2024, I spent a lot of time after thinking about ways to honor her life, her legacy and the profound impact she had on me and the thousands of students she taught as a first grade teacher in Texas public schools.
Established in 2026, the scholarship fund looks to assist students from two communities she loved: Bosqueville and Crawford. Additionally, the fund prioritizes students that are pursuing a degree in Education & Child Studies or Agriculture/Agribusiness — two areas of study that were hugely influential in her life and career.
Your tax-deductible gift goes directly to these students, ensuring that they are able to graduate, get jobs and continue to live and serve in the communities that were near and dear to her heart.
